With increasing pressure of the fetus in the uterus increases, this is especially noticeable starting from the second trimester of pregnancy. Due to twisting, stretching and relaxation exercises of yoga, the uterus is stretched faster and rapidly growing bump doesn’t bother mom. During pregnancy in the muscular layer develops new muscle fibers; each fiber is increased in length by 10 times, and in width by 4 times, yoga exercises help to improve blood circulation and mobility in the growing muscles.
